Obstructive of theophylline sustained-release tablets combined with tiotropium inhalation in treatment of patients with remission stage of severe COPD
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of theophylline sustained-release tablets combined with tiotropium inhalation in treatment of patients with remission stage of severe COPD. Methods Randomly selected 58 cases with remission stage of severe COPD and divided into observation group and control group. The control group was given oral theophylline sustained-release tablets, the observation group was given oral theophylline sustained-release tablets combined with tiotropium inhalation. Compared of the two groups of the pulmonary function and symptoms before and after treatment. Results The observation group pulmonary function evaluation and the improvement of symptoms and signs were significantly better than control group(P <0.05). Conclusion The use of theophylline sustained-release tablets combined with tiotropium inhalation in the treatment of patients with remission stage of severe COPD improve the pulmonary function and symptoms and signs.
