摘要
目的：观察VSD治疗骨科创伤感染的临床疗效。方法将我院2011年1月-2011年12月间50例骨科创伤感染患者随机分为两组各25例。观察组给予VSD负压封闭引流治疗，对照组给予常规引流治疗，观察两组临床疗效和愈合时间。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P <0.05)，愈合时间少于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 VSD治疗骨科创伤感染疗效显著，值得临床推广。
Abstract
Objective The effect of clinical analysis of orthopedic trauma of infection. Methods In our hospital January 2011 to December 2011 treated 50 cases of Department of orthopedics in trauma patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each 25 case. The treatment group with VSD closed suction drainage techniques. The control group is conventional techniques .At least to observe the overall efficacy and healing time differences. Results Treatment group, 23 patients cured and the total efficiency of 92%. With the control group cured 19 cases, compared with 76% of the total effective rate(P <0.05). The treatment group the average wound healing time and the control group the wound healing time is significant difference(P <0.05). Conclusions VSD is a wound infection in orthopedic trauma and should promote the use of a treatment technology.
