Clinical curative effect of Ureteroscopy on treatment of upper ureteral calculi on 40 cases
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of ureteroscopy on the treatment of upper ureteral calculi. Methods 81 cases of upper ureteral calculi patients were selected to divide into two groups. Patients of URL group with ransurethral ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy; Patients of RLU group with retroperitoneal laparoscopic ureterolithotomy. Compared two groups of patients with success rate of rubble, the stone clearance rate of 3d and a month after the operation, time of operation, average length of stay and total costs. Results Two groups of patients of success rate of rubble, the stone clearance rate of 3d and a month after the operation, there was no statistically significant difference(P >0.05); The time of operation, average length of stay and total costs for URL group are greater than the RUL group, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion Clinical doctors carefully evaluated the calculi of patients and careful operation, ureter mirror can be effective in the treatment of upper ureteral calculi.
