The effect of inflammatory biomarkers and cardiac structure in uremia patients treated by hemodiafiltration
Objective To study the effect of inflammatory biomarkers and cardiac structure in uremia patients treated by hemodiafiltration. Methods 59 patients with uremia were randomly selected as the research objects, 30 cases of patients(observation group) were given hemodiafiltration treatment and 29 patients were given regular hemodialysis treatment(control group). Serum inflammation index and the difference between cardiac structure before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the patient's high blood pressure, sleep and appetite were improved obviously, but there is no statistical significance between the observation group and the control group(P >0.05); CRP, IL-6, IL-8, TNF-α, Ab and Hb after treatment were significantly better than before treatment(P <0.05); LAD, LVDd, LVDs, IVSTd, LVPWTd and LVEF of observation group were significantly better than that of before treatment, and also significantly better than that of control group(P <0.05). Conclusion The curative effect of hemodiafiltration treatment for uremia patients is well, it can significantly improve the patient's state of inflammation and slow changes in the structure of the heart.
