The clinical evaluation of the rhinomanometry in healthy adults
Objective To investigate the significance of normal range of the rhinomanometry in healthy adults. Methods Analysis the data of rhinomanometry in 53 healthy adults to discuss normal range of the rhinomanometry and its clinical significance. Results In 53 cases, at 300Pa, the left flow 751.17±260.65ccm/s, the right flow 846.75 ±330.99ccm/s, at 150Pa, the left flow 519.38±166.04ccm/s, the right flow 569.68±266.80ccm/s, at 75Pa, the left flow 316.45±96.03ccm/s, the right flow 322.58±142.02ccm/s. There was no significant differences between gender(P >0.05). Conclusion The rhinomanometry is an objective evaluation of nasal ventilation function, the normal range of the rhinomanometry is important to diagnosis and treatment of nasal disease.
