Objective Analyzing sonographic features of acute pancreatitis. Method Probing the ultrasonographic features of all 30 cases with pancreatitis who were diagnosed by the meshods of testing amylase in blood and urine. Result Pancreatitis ultrasonographic performance the swelling or normal size pancreatic, the smooth or coarse pancreatic capsule; Reducing, enhancing echo or no obvious abnormality in the pancreas. There is a little or no peripancreatic and retinal cavity effusion; Lesser peritoneal sac grows thick or keep normal, there is no or a little all gas reflection in pancreas islet. Conclusion Ultrasound has important value to diagnose pancreatitis especially when the patients are asymptomatic. Sonographic appearance has the vital clinical significance.
