摘要
目的：探讨经阴道超声二维及彩色多普勒超声诊断输卵管病变的价值。方法回顾分析我院226例均经病理证实输卵管病变患者的2D及彩色多普勒超声声像图特点。结果输卵管妊娠169例，输卵管积液、积脓56例，输卵管癌1例。结论输卵管病变有特征性超声表现，彩色多普勒超声能根据其特征性超声表现做出较准确的定位及定性诊断，为临床疗效的评估提供帮助。
Abstract
Objective To investigate the Value of transvaginal sonography in the diagnosis of tubal disease. Methods Retrospective analysis of our hospital 226 cases were confirmed by pathology of tubal disease with 2D transvaginal ultrasound diagnosis. Results 169 cases of tubal pregnancy, Tubal effusion and empyema 56 cases, Fallopian tube cancer 1case. Conclusion Tubal disease with characteristic sonographic fingings, color doppler ultrasound can according to its characteristic sonographic findings to make more accurate localization and qualitative diagnosis, help for the evaluation of clinical effect.
