Analysis on Drugs use of intracranial malignant tumor patients in our hospital from 2010 to 2012
Objective To analyse and evaluate the usage of drugs for intracranial malignant tumor patients of our hospital from 2010 to 2012. Methods The kinds,dose,sales price of the drug in the malignant tumor patients from 2010 to 2012 in Department of neurosurgery in our hospital were statistically summarized by statistical software, and DDC, DDDs and B/A of various drugs were calculated. Results The drug species used in patients with malignant intracranial tumor were wide, almost all kinds of drugs were used, which mainly include the use of anti infective drugs(35.2%), nervous system drugs(16.48%), cardiovascular drugs(11.83%). Conclusion Intracranial malignant tumor patients need multiple drugs collaborative applications, in which anti-infection drugs account for the first. The use of drugs in our hospital of patients with intracranial malignant tumors is basically reasonable, according to the individual difference of the patient, the type and dose of drugs need to adjust at any time in the treatment, concrete problems need concrete analysis.
