手法护理配合中药热敷对腰椎间盘突出症致腰腿痛的疗效探讨

摘要
目的：探讨手法护理配合中药热敷治疗腰椎间盘突出症致腰腿痛的疗效。方法将60例腰椎间盘突出症致腰腿痛患者随机分为两组各30例，对照组采用常规药物止痛，治疗组采用手法护理配合中药热敷，比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗组临床疗效明显优于对照组(P <0.01)。结论手法护理能达到治疗保健以及缓解疼痛作用，中药热敷能疏通经络，缓解瘀滞减轻疼痛效果显著。
Abstract
Objective To discuss the curative effect on treatment of Methods Nursing plus herbal compress to the lumbocrural pain rised from the lumbar discherniation. Methods The lumbar disc herniation patients with lumbocrural pain were randomized into the treatment group(30 cases) and control group(30 cases) which was treated by routine medicine, while the treatment group was treated with the methods nursing plus herbal compress. The two groups were compared after the treatment. Results The clinical curative effect of the treatment group is obviously better than the control group(P <0.01). Conclusion Methods nursing can achieve therapeutic care and pain relief effect, herbal compress can be dredge main and collateral channels, relieving stasis significant pain relief effect.
