社区医学教育对全科医学生综合能力培养的初探

摘要
我国全科医生面临着数量少、素质差的局面。在培养过程中，我们选择代表性的基层社区卫生服务中心作为教学基地，挑选社区卫生服务中心优秀医疗骨干作为带教教师，通过社区医学教学评价体系对教学基地进行全面评估，在为期两年的教学改革实践中，我们深刻认识到社区医学教育对于提高全科医学生的综合能力起到了重要作用。
Abstract
General practitioners in China are faced with the situation of small number and poor quality. In the training process, we choose a representative of the grassroots community health service centers as a teaching base, and choose the outstanding Medical backbone of the community health service centers as education teachers, and conduct a comprehensive teaching base assessment through community medicine teaching evaluation system. We deeply recognize the community have played an important role in medical education for the comprehensive ability of general medical students.
