摘要
目的：探索品管圈质量改进方法在降低住院患者外出不归的作用。方法2013年7-9月，我科以“降低住院患者外出不归”为主题，开展为期3个月的品管圈活动，探讨降低住院患者外出不归的方法。结果住院患者外出不归由实施品管圈方案前的33.9%降低至实施后的12.2%。结论开展品管圈活动，能降低住院患者外出不归的状况，有效提高护理质量，保证患者安全。
Abstract
Objective To explore Quality Control Circle(QCC) improvement in reducinghospital patients out of no return. Methods We delivered various activities with the theme of reduce the hospitalized patients out of no return for 3 months' QCC cycle(from July, 2013 to September, 2013) and confirmed the hospitalized patients out of no return. Results After the application of QCC improvement tools, hospitalized patients out of no return was reduced from 33.9%to12.2%. Conclusion Through QCC activities, we could improve hospitalized patients out of no return, QCC can be used as an effective tool to improve nursing quality, and ensure the safety of patients.
