Clinical Treatment Observation of 35 Cases of Elderly Patients of Pulmonary Fungal Infection Combined with Tuberculosis
Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical treatment of elderly patients of pulmonary fungal infection combined with tuberculosis. Methods 35 cases of elderly patients of pulmonary fungal infection combined with tuberculosis in our hospital from March 2009 to May 2009 were selected and divided into two groups. These two groups were treatment and the treatment results were calculated and analyzed. Results 17 cases were given amphotericin B, with the total effective rate of 76.4%. 18 cases were given fluconazole drugs, with the total effective rate of 94.1%. Conclusion The treatment of fluconazole drugs for the elderly patients of pulmonary fungal infection combined with tuberculosis can obtain better curative effects, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
