The Clinical Observation of the Treatment of Bronchial Asthma with Dust Mites Drops
Objective To observe the dust mites drops on the curative effect of bronchial asthma. Methods To select 60 adult patients with bronchial asthma which were produced allergic on the dust mites, and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,the control group was given conventional inhaled corticosteroids(budesonide aerosol) treatment, the treatment group was given sublingual containing dust mites drops agent treatment on the basis of conventional treatment, observing the two groups of patients with clinical symptoms, pulmonary function, blood IgE antibody levels in the before and after treatment on 12 months after treatment. Results To compare with the control group, the treatment group in clinical symptoms time increased significantly(P <0.05), pulmonary function index FEV1 increased significantly(P <0.05), blood IgE antibody levels decreased significantly(P <0.05). Conclusion Sublingual administering dust mites drops in the treatment of dust mites allergic bronchial asthma had good application value and it was worth of popularizing in clinic.
