Dezocine in Clinical Application of General Anesthesia Recovery Period
Objective Observation of clinical effect of dezocine for general anesthesia recovery period. Methods Choice of gynecological laparoscopic operation of general anesthesia in 60 cases, were randomly divided into two groups, control group(group A) and dezocine group(group D), 30 cases in each group. Two groups were treated with tracheal intubation general anesthesia, operation end 20min prior to D group intramuscular injection of dezocine 0.1mg/kg, A group was not given any drug. Comparison of two groups of patients recovery time, extubation time, before awakening, extubation, 10min after extubation MAP, HR changes, the two groups were recorded after extubation pain, chills and agitation in the incidence of adverse reactions. Results Recovery time, extubation time, changes of MAP, HR before awakening in the two groups showed no significant difference(P >0.05), and the two group of patient extubation, 10min after extubation MAP, HR changes and postoperative shivering, agitation and pain scores weretatistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion Before the end of operation 20min intramuscular injection of dezocine can effectively inhibit the extubation period hemodynamic fluctuations, reduce postoperative nausea and vomiting, chills, the incidence of agitation rate, and does not affect the postoperative recovery.
