目的：探讨中西医结合治疗肝炎肝硬化顽固性腹水的临床疗效。方法将80例肝硬化顽固性腹水患者根据治疗适应症和家属意见分为观察组52例和对照组28例，对照组患者给予常规限钠、保肝、补充血浆及白蛋白、利尿、防治感染等治疗，观察组在此基础上给予自拟中药方治疗，疗程结束后判定两组疗效。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P <0.05)；与对照组比较，观察组治疗后AST、A、GA等指标改善得更明显(P <0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗肝炎肝硬化顽固性腹水能取得很好疗效，值得临床应用。
Clinical observation of Refractory Ascites in 52 Patients of Hepatitis Cirrhosis treating with TCM with Western medicine
Objective To observe the clinical effects of TCM with Western medicine in treating refractory ascites in patients of hepatitis cirrhosis. Methods According to the treatment indications and families advices, 80 cases refractory ascites were divided into observation group and control group. 52 cases of observation group were treated with TCM with Western medicine, 28 cases of control group with local medication. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than in control group(P <0.05). The observation group's with AST, A, G improve were better than the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion It is efficacy and safety of TCM with Western medicine in treating refractory ascites in patients of hepatitis cirrhosis and worthy of clinical application.
