Comparison Of Clinical Efficacy Of Total Hip Arthroplasty Through A Posterolateral Minimally Invasion And Conventional Total Hip Arthroplasty
Objective To compare clinical efficacy of total hip arthroplasty through a posterolateral minimally invasion and conventional total hip arthroplasty. Methods 76 cases in our hospital undergoing total hip replacement surgery were randomly divided into control group(conventional total hip arthroplasty) and observation group(through a minimally invasive posterolateral surgical approach). All patients were followed up for nine months. Results Operative time, blood loss, incision length of observation group were significantly lower than control group(P <0.05). Postoperative Harris hip score and complication rates of observation group compared with control group was not significant(P >0.05). Conclusion The total hip arthroplasty through a posterolateral minimally invasion can significantly shorten the operation time, surgical trauma, less blood loss. It's worthy of clinical widely used.
