摘要
目的：观察喜炎平注射液治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎的临床疗效。方法将2011年1月-2012年12月我院246例疱疹性咽峡炎患儿随机分为两组各123例，观察组给予喜炎平注射液治疗，对照组给予利巴韦林注射液静脉滴注。观察两组患儿体温、哭闹、拒食、流涎、疱疹或溃疡改善情况。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P <0.05)；观察组平均退热时间、开始进食时间、哭闹不安时间、疱疹及溃疡消失时间短于对照组(P <0.05)；全部病例均未见发生毒副反应。结论在常规抗菌、退热、输液治疗基础上，喜炎平注射液比利巴韦林注射液疗效显著，无毒副反应，值得临床推广。
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xiyanping injection in the treatment of children with herpangina. Methods 246 cases of herpetic angina were selected from January 2011 to December 2012 in our hospital, they were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 123 cases in each group, the observation group was given Xiyanping injection treatments, while the control group was given ribavirin injection intravenous drip. Observed the improvement of temperature, crying, antifeedant, salivation, bleb or ulcer of children in the two groups. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than 87.8% in the control group(P <0.05); average the defervescence time, feeding time, crying uneasy time, herpes and ulcer disappeared time in observation group shorter than the control group(P <0.05); all cases had no toxic and side reaction. Conclusion In the conventional antibacterial, antipyretic, infusion therapy, has significant effects of Xiyanping injection than ribavirin injection, and has no toxic side effect, so it is worthy of the clinical promotion.
