Impact of the specimen preservation on the detection of serum HCV RNA using FQ-RT-PCR
Objective To investigate the impact of various storage conditions of serum samples on HCV RNA detection. Methods Real-time fluorenscent quantitative PCR detected 42 examples have been diagnosed in patients with HCV. Result The results of HCV RNA in serum samples, which stored 1 day and 7 days at room temperature, 4 ℃ and-20℃ , showed no significant differences. Conclusion Save temperature and save time have no effect on test results.
