Diagnostic value of two-dimensional and color doppler ultrasound on thyroid Cancer
Objective To observe two-dimensional combined with color doppler ultrasound's clinical diagnosis value on thyroid cancer. Method 71 patients with thyroid carcinoma diagnosed via histopathology between June 2012 and January 2013 were enrolled in this study. Results In all patients, 48 patients had single lump, 6 with nodular goiter, 59 patients lumps were low heterogeneous echo, 40 patients had sandy calcification foci, 51patients showedⅢpattern on color doppler flow imaging. Resistence index more than 0.7 was found in 40patients, metastatic cervically mphnodes in 19 patients. Conclusion Exact diagnosis of thyroid cancer is able to be made by the combination of two-dimensional and color doppler ultrasound flow imaging.
