摘要
目的：探讨二维及彩色多普勒超声在甲状腺癌诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2012年6月-2013年1月间经手术病理证实的71例甲状腺癌患者术前二维超声与彩色超声资料。结果本组71例病例中，单个肿块48例，伴结节性甲状腺肿6例，低回声实性结节59例，结节中检出有砂砾样钙化者40例，血流成像显示Ⅲ型51例，血流为高阻力型者(RI>0.7)40例，淋巴结转移19例。结论甲状腺癌超声具有特征性表现，二维及彩色多普勒超声对甲状腺癌的诊断具有较高价值。
Abstract
Objective To observe two-dimensional combined with color doppler ultrasound's clinical diagnosis value on thyroid cancer. Method 71 patients with thyroid carcinoma diagnosed via histopathology between June 2012 and January 2013 were enrolled in this study. Results In all patients, 48 patients had single lump, 6 with nodular goiter, 59 patients lumps were low heterogeneous echo, 40 patients had sandy calcification foci, 51patients showedⅢpattern on color doppler flow imaging. Resistence index more than 0.7 was found in 40patients, metastatic cervically mphnodes in 19 patients. Conclusion Exact diagnosis of thyroid cancer is able to be made by the combination of two-dimensional and color doppler ultrasound flow imaging.
