The effect on nerve function and life quality in ischemic stroke patients under individual nursing and stroke unit
Objective To discuss the effect on nerve function and life quality in ischemic stroke patients under individual nursing and stroke unit. Methods 110 cases of ischemic stroke patients from June 2011 to January 2013 was randomly selected and divided into individual nursing group(60 cases) and routine nursing group(50 cases) in stroke unit operation mode. Compared two groups of nerve function and life quality at T1(1 month nursing), T2(3 months nursing) and T3(6 months nursing). Results In terms of athletic ability recovery, the FMA scores in individualized nursing group at T1, T2 and T3 are significantly higher than that in routine nursing group(P <0.05); In terms of nerve function defect, the NDS scores in individualized nursing group at T1, T2 and T3 are significantly lower than that in routine nursing group(P <0.05); In terms of quality of life, Barthel index in individualized nursing group at T1, T2 and T3 are significantly higher than that in routine nursing group(P <0.05). Conclusion Under the mode of stroke unit, individualized nursing can help improve the degree of nervous function recovery and quality of life in patients with ischemic stroke. It is worth clinical for further promotion.
