The Effect Analysis of Combined Dobutamine and Diuretic in the Treatment of Chronic Cardiac Failure with Hypotension
Objective To investigate the effect of combined dobutamine and diuretic in the treatment of chronic cardiac failure with hypotension. Methods 60 patients with chronic cardiac failure and hypotension were divided into the objective group and control group. The conventional treatment plan was used in the control group and the dobutamine was used additional in the objective group. The clinical effect, cardiac function indexes and the CRP level were compared between the two groups. Results The cardiac function indexes of the objective group were higher than that in the control group, and CRP level of the objective group was lower than that of the control group. The clinical effect of the objective group was better. Conclusion It can get a satisfaction effect to combined dobutamine and diuretic in the treatment of chronic cardiac failure with hypotension.
