中医辩证治疗胃食管反流病的临床分析

摘要
目的：探讨中医证型辨症施治胃食管反流病的临床应用价值。方法选取2010年8月-2013年8月我院胃食管反流病患者72例，试验组36例行中医证型辨症施治，对照组36例给予西医常规治疗，比较两组疗效。结果试验组治疗愈显效率达高于对照组、随访复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医证型辨症施治胃食管反流病效果突出，可明显改善患者反酸症状，值得临床推广。
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effects on syndrome differentiation in traditional chinese medicine in treating gastroesophageal reflux. Methods 72 cases gastroesophageal reflux into our hospital from August 2011 to August 2013 were divided into experimental group(given syndrome differentiation in traditional chinese medicine) and control group(given conventional treatment), the efficacy of two groups were compared. Results The markedly effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group, the recurrence rate of experimental group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05). Conclusion There is a significant effects on syndrome differentiation in traditional chinese medicine in treating gastroesophageal reflux, and it can significantly improve symptoms in patients with acid reflux ,and which is worthy of clinical widely.
