Clinical effect comparison of compound triamcinolone acetonide urea ointment and compound flumetasone ointment in the treatment of skin disorders such as dermatitis eczema
Objective To explore the clinical effect of compound triamcinolone acetonide urea ointment and compound flumetasone ointment in the treatment of skin disorders such as dermatitis eczema. Methods Our hospital in January 2011-October 2011 treated 86 cases of patients with skin diseases like eczema and dermatitis were selected as research subjects,which were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group were treated with compound flumetasone ointment. The control group were treated with compound triamcinolone acetonide urea ointment. Compared the clinical efficacy of two treatment methods. Results The total effectiveness of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group;the incidence of adverse reactions in treatment group patients was significantly lower than that in control group, and there was statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion Compound flumetasone ointment has more remarkable curative effect than compound triamcinolone acetonide urea ointment in the treatment of skin disorders such as dermatitis eczema, and it is worthy of clinical application.
