Objective To anterior vitrectomy in congenital cataract surgery were analyzed and discussed. Methods The clinical study in my hospital from November 2011 to August 2013 were treated 106 cases of congenital cataract in children for the study, all patients were used in addition to phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation. The principle of random assignment, all patients were divided into control and experimental groups, each group of 53 cases. Joint control group patients after continuous curvilinear capsulorhexis capsulotomy, the experimental group joint posterior capsular continuous curvilinear capsulorhexis and anterior vitrectomy. Follow-up observation on the two groups of children were compared to treatment. Results The experimental group's visual axis opacification was significantly lower than the control group, the experimental group vision correction condition than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion In the implementation of phacoemulsification and intraocular lens while joint posterior continuous curvilinear capsulorhexis and anterior vitrectomy, can effectively reduce the visual axis the incidence of turbidity , worthy of promotion and popularization.
