The clinical observation in the treatment of sequelae hemorrhagic stroke of application stereotactic transplantation of autologous bone marrow stromal stem cell transplantation
Objective To investigate clinical effect of hemorrhagic cerebral apoplexy sequela treated with the application of autologous bone marrow stem cells transplantation. Methods 20 cases patients with hemorrhagic from 2011 January to 2012 June were treated with stereotactic technique for autologous bone marrow stem cell transplantation. The functional independence measure(FIM) functional score, NIHSS were evaluated before operation, 1month after operation and 6th month after operation. Results The clinical symptoms of patients with hemorrhagic stroke improved effective rate as to 85% whom without severe complications;surgical treatment for 1 month and 6 months later, FIM score and NIHSS were increased significantly compared with before treatment(P<0.05), with the more increase of follow-up time, the improvement is more obvious. Conclusion The autologous bone marrow stem cell transplantation therapy can improve the patients of hemorrhage sequelae stroke, motor function, the quality of life, but the clinical research on the long-term effects still needs a large sample multicenter further observation.
