摘要
选取经临床诊断疑似脂肪肝患者90例，结合CT检查分级判定标准，对肝脏及脾脏的CT值进行比对，并运用CT值及彩超诊断的比值进行量化分析。结果显示：CT检查符合率高于彩超(P<0.01)。CT在脂肪肝定量诊断中有重要价值。
Abstract
This article take the clinical diagnosis of 90 cases of suspected fatty liver patients, in combination with CT examination grading criterion, to compare the CT value of liver and spleen, and by using ratio of CT value and colour to exceed diagnose for quantitative analysis, the results showed that after the use of CT examination. Through the result of the above two ways of diagnosis(P<0.01). Discuss the value of CT in quantitative diagnosis of fatty liver.
