Study on the value of hysteroscopy in postmenopausal women uterine bleeding
Objective Comparative analysis of hysteroscopy and B ultrasonic diagnosis accuracy bleeding in postmenopausal women. Methods Retrospective analysis from January 2010 to January 2012 postmenopausal women with uterine bleeding 207 cases, all patients underwent hysteroscopy and B ultrasonic examination. And underwent pathological examination. Results Hysteroscopy sensitivity, specificity, false positive rates were less than the B ultrasound diagnostic. Conclusion Hysteroscopy is more accurate, more intuitive, more safety, is the first choice for women with postmenopausal uterine bleeding;B ultrasound is a noninvasive, can be used as a screening instrument.
