Nursing care of patients with coronary heart disease and diabetes mellitus after PCI
Objective To study the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing measures implementation of nursing after percutaneous coronary intervention of patients with coronary heart disease complicated with diabetes. Methods 160 cases of patients with coronary heart disease and diabetes with PCI operation were selected from October 2013 to October 2012 in our hospital, were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, after the operation, the control group implementation of routine nursing group, the implementation of comprehensive nursing measures for patients in the experimental group, compared the postoperative complications, average the hospitalization time, patients satisfaction for nursing service. Results The incidence of patients in experimental group, postoperative complications and the average hospital stay was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05);Satisfaction for nursing service of the experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The comprehensive nursing measures in patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease after PCI operation, can significantly reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, optimization of treatment effect, improve patients, satisfaction with nursing work, promotion and application in clinical.
