Femoral neck fracture in elderly patients with anti-traction fluid pressure sores Liangdian replacement time
Objective To investigate the anti-bedsore cool liquid cushion replacement relationship between time and pressure sores. Methods The patients were randomly divided into experimental group of 32 patients and a control group of 30 patients in the control group received routine replacement every 2h cool liquid cushion once, take a gradual increase in the experimental group replacement interval method to replace the cool liquid cushion. Results The difference of the pressure sore incidence was not statistically significant between two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Take every three hours to replace a cool liquid cushion can reduce the patient's pain and reduce the incidence of pressure sores, reduce the workload of nurses, improve work efficiency.
