摘要
利用方差分析对分析方法验证中的数据进行分析统计，以证明该验证程序的有效性，为验证结论提供理论支撑。本文以线性、耐用性为例，阐述了统计学在分析方法验证中的具体应用，具有一定的适用价值。
Abstract
In this paper, Variance analysis was performed on the analytical method validation data, to demonstrate the effectiveness of the process of the validation and provide the theoretical support for its conclusion. The statistical method applied in the validation of analytical method was clearly demonstrated in this article on the basis of the linearity and the durability and therefore manifested a its value of application.
