Comparative Analysis on Esomeprazole vs Omeprazole in treating Reflux-esophagitis
Objective To compare the efficacy between esomeprazole and omeprazole in the treatment of reflux-esophagitis. Methods 120 cases patients with reflux-esophagitis admitted to our hospital from Mar 2011 to Mar 2013, according to different treatment, divided them into Control group(oral omeprazole 40mg/d), Experimental group(oral esomeprazole 40mg/d), than compared the clinical efficacy of two groups after 8 weeks. Results The total effective-rate of Experimental group was higher than that of Control group(P <0.05);Compared with the before treatment, the symptom scores of two groups were obviously decreased, but Experimental group was decreased more significant than that in control group, which was significant differences(P <0.05); There was no obvious difference between the incidence of drug reaction of two groups(P >0.05). Conclusion Esomeprazole has a good effects on treating reflux-esophagitis, and which is better than the omeprazole.
