摘要
目的：观察肋骨爪型钢板手术固定治疗重症胸外伤的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析我院2009年1月-2013年10月间采用肋骨爪型钢板手术固定治疗的40例重症胸外伤患者相关资料。结果40例患者中，除2例因合并伤势过重导致死亡，剩余疗效显著，没有出现移位、畸形、不对称等不良现象，术后6个月内均恢复正常生活、工作。结论肋骨爪型钢板手术固定治疗重症胸外伤疗效显著，易于操作、固定可靠，值得临床推广。
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of the use of severe chest trauma rib claw plate fixation treatment. Method 40 cases patients with severe chest trauma-related information from Jan. 2009 to Oct. 2013 in the hospital period ribs claw plate fixation treated. A retrospective analysis of the clinical effects of surgical treatment were analyzed. Result 40 patients, in addition to the two cases of injuries due to the merger process leading to death, and the remaining 38 cases of clinically significant treatment effect, there is no displacement, deformity, asymmetry and other undesirable phenomena, and after 6 months were back to normal life. Conclusion Severe thoracic surgery using surgical rib fixation claw plate has a very significant clinical effect, easy to operate, reliable fixation, worthy of promotion.
