The relationship between serum-ascites album in gradient and esophageal variceal bleeding and Child-Pugh of liver cirrhosis ascites patients
Objective To study the relationship between serum-ascites album in gradient and esophageal variceal bleeding and Child-Pugh of liver cirrhosis ascites patients. Methods Selected 62 liver cirrhosis ascites patients in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2013, all selected patients were given gastroscopy esophageal variceal bleeding, and divided into bleeding group according to the results of the bleeding and non bleeding group, detect the serum-ascites album in gradient of two groups, and compare the value of the two groups. Results The serum-ascites album in gradient of two groups was greater than 10g/L, the SSGA value of bleeding group was significantly higher than that of non bleeding group, the differences had statistical significance(P <0.05). Conclusion They have a close relationship between esophageal variceal bleeding and liver function damage, it has certain clinical application value to predict esophageal variceal bleeding and Child-Pugh.
