Influence of intestinal barrier function in early protection on the patients with severe acute pancreatitis
Objective To explore the effect treatment of early protection of intestinal barrier function in the SAP. Methods 120 SAP patients were selected from January 2010 to December 2012 in our hospital, and were divided into the observation group with 65 cases and control group with 55 cases, the control group with conventional therapy, the implementation of intestinal barrier protective measures on the basis of the observation group. Comparison of gastrointestinal function score and APACHE Ⅱ score, endotoxin and urine lactulose/mannitol value level of L/M, CRP and TNF-α level, and prognosis of two groups after intervention. Results After treatment 3, 5, 7 days of gastrointestinal function score, APACHE score, L/M of the observation group were lower than the control group, lower than that of the control group(P <0.05); after 7 days of therapy of endotoxin was lower than the control group(P <0.05);CRP, TNF-α levels of the two groups were increased first and then decreased, after treatment 3, 5, 7 days, the CRP, TNF-α levels of observation group were lower than the control group(P <0.05);The incidence of adverse prognosis of observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion Early intestinal barrier protective measures are conducive to recovery of gastrointestinal function, reduce intestinal permeability and control of systemic and topical inflammatory reaction.
