To investigate the clinical effect of small dose of urokinase in treatment of pulmonary embolism
Objective The observation of oral and maxillofacial surgery peri operative treatment of elderly patients. Methods Choose in December 2012-October 2013 treated in our hospital during the period of 42 cases of oral and maxillofacial surgery in elderly patients, preoperative gives detailed examination, fully prepared, to understand the operation indication strictly, improve the peri operative treatment. Results This group of 40 patients were treated with surgery, general anesthesia surgery of 24 cases, 16 cases of local anesthesia surgery. 10 cases of malignant tumor patients, 9 patients take different types of joint radical surgery. 42 patients postoperative no severity cardiovascular and respiratory complications occurred. Conclusion Further perfect peri operative treatment, can make a successful operation, improve the patients survival rate and survival quality.
