Analysis of Perioperative Use of Antibiotics for Patients in Obstetric Wards of My Hospital
Objective To investigate the perioperative use of antibiotics for patients in obstetric wards of my hospital for providing a reference for clinical. Methods Extracted 370 obstetric perioperative cases from June to December 2012 in our hospital, statistics and analysis these data which including antimicrobial prophylaxis usage, after episiotomy usage, not prophylaxis after umbilical ratedrug selection, DUI, drug combination and drug use treatment. Results The antimicrobial utilization account 71.62%, the proportion of drug in episiotomy is 10%, 19.93% patient is untreated drug off the umbilical cord after, drug selection to cefazolin mainly account for76.98%, DUI cefazolin, Ornidazole>1, drug combination rate account for 10.94%, application courses exceed 48 hours account for 52.83%. Conclusion Continue to strengthen supervision of antibiotics , standardize level of rational use of Antimicrobial drugs in obstetrics.
