运动疗法应用于ICU困难撤机患者的效果观察

摘要
目的：研究运动疗法对ICU困难撤机患者的临床效果。方法将54例ICU内困难撤机患者随机分成两组各27例。对照组行常规治疗，实验组在此基础上逐步行运动治疗，比较两组2、3、4周后的各项呼吸指标及并发症发生率。结果治疗3、4周后实验组各指标比对照组有明显提高，ICU住院日和通气日均明显减少。两组并发症发生率无明显差异。结论运动治疗能明显帮助撤机困难患者改善机体情况。
Abstract
Objective To observe the exercise therapy on ICU difficult weaning patients. Methods All of 54 cases of ICU in difficult weaning patients were randomly divided into the two groups of 27 cases. The experimental group than in the control group gradually exercise therapy with conventional therapy. The two groups of patients with various respiratory index and incidence of complications in 2, 3 and 4 weeks were compared. Results Treatment 3 or 4 weeks after the experimental group every index was obviously higher than the control group;the experimental group patients with ICU hospitalized days and ventilation days was significantly reduced. Two complications occurrence rate was of no difference. Conclusion Exercise therapy can significantly help improve the condition of the patients with mechanical ventilation.
