The analysis of 108 case about episiotomy wound healing after suture's nursing intervention
Objective To investigate the causes of Obstetrics perineal incision healing and care measures. Methods 108 cases were selected for this poor wound healing obstetrics cases, both in our hospital from February 2009 to February 2013 admitted to analyze the relevant factors, and to develop specific nursing interventions. Results After symptomatic care, wound healing are valid, the average healing time was 9.6±4.5d, health knowledge after the intervention patients were significantly higher than before the intervention(P <0.05). Conclusion The analysis of Obstetrics perineal incision healing causes and develop targeted prevention and control measures is to prevent adverse events and promote the rehabilitation of patients, the key to improving the quality of post-natal survival.
