摘要
目的：探讨中医护理干预对老年中风后抑郁患者的临床效果。方法将2010年4月-2012年7月我院中风后抑郁患者142例随机分为两组各71例，均行常规基础护理，观察组再行中医护理，观察两组护理效果。结果护理后两组患者抑郁评分均有所改善，观察组改善情况显著优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论中医护理干预对老年中风后抑郁患者临床效果满意，建议推广应用。
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention in nursing care of patients with depression after stroke in the elderly. Methods 142 cases of depression were selected in 2010 April to 2012 July in our hospital were stroke, randomly divided into observation group and control group, were routine nursing, the observation group patients of Chinese medicine nursing, the observation group care after effect. Results Two groups of patients after the treatment of depression scores were improved, and the observation group improved significantly better than the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion The TCM nursing intervention on elderly patients with depression after stroke clinical nursing satisfaction.
