医院保卫部门工作是医院管理工作的重要组成部分，随着医学事业的不断发展，保卫工作任务不断增加，工作压力不断增大。本文分析当前保卫工作现状，指出在工作中坚持“以人为本”，充分发挥思想政治工作的优势，提高保卫工作水平，确保安保工作顺利开展。
