大豆株高全基因组关联分析

以包含264份种质材料的大豆自然群体为研究对象,调查该群体2019年和2020年的大豆株高性状,并进行全基因组关联分析(Genome-wide association study,GWAS),解析大豆株高遗传机制.研究发现大豆群体株高变异丰富,呈连续分布状态,广义遗传力为67.38%,同时检测到91个SNP与大豆株高显著关联,分别位于第3、4、6和19号染色体上.其中位于19号上的显著关联信号是一个控制大豆株高的主效位点,可以在2年环境中检测到,表型变异解释率最高达12.19%.对该位点内的候选基因进行筛选获得5个调控大豆株高候选基因,其中GmDt1可能是这个位点的效应基因.除此以外,在3号和6号染色体上筛选得到3个调控大豆株高的候选基因.本研究结果为大豆株高遗传改良提供了新的基因资源和参考依据.
Genome-wide association analysis of plant height in soybean
To investigate the genetic mechanism of soybean plant height,genome wide association study(GWAS)was carried out to detect the SNP significantly associated with plant height in natural population contain-ing 264 soybean germplasm resources in 2019 and 2020.There is extremely genetic variation in the plant height of soybean population,showing continuously distribution,and the broad sense heritability was 67.38%.It was found that 91 SNPs were detected to be significantly associated with soybean plant height,which were located on chromo-somes 3,4,6 and 19,respectively.Among them,the significant correlation signal on Chr.19 is a major QTL control-ling soybean plant height,which was detected in both 2019 and 2020,which explained 12.19%of the phenotypic variance.At the same time,five candidate genes for regulating soybean plant height were obtained in this locus,of which Glyma.19G194300(GmDt1)maybe is the causal gene for this major QTL.In addition,three candidate genes for regulating soybean plant height were identified on chromosome 3 and 6.The results of this study provide new ge-netic resources and important reference for the genetic improvement of soybean plant height.
