Genome-wide association analysis of soybean resistance to whitefly
In the past decades, whitefly has occurred on a large scale in the main soybean producing areas of China, which seriously affecting soybean production. Thus, based on the 192 soybean natural populations genotyped by Illumina Soy6K SNP chip,genome-wide association study on soybean resistance to whitefly was performed by a mixed linear model. A total of 3 SNP loci significantly associated with soybean whitefly resistance were identified, including Gm07_36488859,Gm11_37409028 and Gm18_2054425. According to allelic effect analysis, gene anno-tation and expression,Glyma07g31470 and Glyma11g35670 were predicted as candidate genes regulating soybean resistance to whitefly.
