本文从"制造-X"倡议的提出背景出发,探讨了在全球化竞争加剧和数字化快速发展的大环境下,德国如何通过这一跨部门倡议增强制造业的韧性、可持续性和竞争力.本文详细分析了"制造-X"的核心概念及其数据空间的整体架构和主要特征,即构建一个开放、去中心化、便于协作的数据空间,确保信息在整个生产及供应链中高效且安全地流通.同时,文中梳理总结了"制造-X"在行业应用中的实施情况,特别是在标杆项目中取得的关键进展.本文最后提出了对我国在新时期构建具有中国特色的工业数据应用生态的建议.
Overview and Reflection on"Manufacturing-X"
Starting from the background of the"Manufacturing-X"initiative,this article explores how Germany can enhance the resilience,sustainability,and competitiveness of its manufacturing industry through this cross departmental initiative in the context of intensified global competition and rapid digital development.The article provides a detailed analysis of the core concept of"Manufacturing-X"and the overall architecture and main features of its data space,which is to build an open,decentralized,and collaborative data space to ensure efficient and secure flow of information throughout the entire production and supply chain.At the same time,the article summarizes the implementation of"Manufacturing-X"in industry applications,especially the key progress made in benchmark projects.The article concludes with suggestions for building an industrial data application ecosystem with Chinese characteristics in the new era in China.
