LNG是液化天然气的简称,作为清洁能源,在我国能源供应中的比重逐年增加,在某些领域正逐步取代煤、石油等传统能源.为保证LNG能源供应,一大批LNG接收站应运而生.工业分布式控制系统(DCS)是LNG接收站的神经中枢,站控系统是其重要组成部分,集成了数据监控、数据采集、分布控制等多个功能于一体,能够满足LNG接收站复杂的工艺流程.随着"两化"融合的不断深化,工业控制系统网络安全问题也接踵而至.对连续运行多年的工控系统进行有效的信息安全防护,面对愈演愈烈的工业信息安全威胁是LNG接收站的巨大挑战.本文关注龙口LNG项目,简述了LNG接收站常见的工控安全威胁和安全对策.
Current Situation Analysis and Countermeasures for Industrial Control Security at LNG Receiving Terminal
LNG,short for Liquefied Natural Gas,is a clean energy source whose share in China's energy supply is increasing year by year,gradually replacing traditional energy sources such as coal and oil in certain sectors.To ensure the supply of LNG energy,a large number of LNG receiving terminals have emerged.The industrial Distributed Control System(DCS)serves as the nerve center of an LNG receiving terminal,with the station control system being a crucial component.It integrates multiple functions such as data monitoring,data acquisition,and distributed control,capable of meeting the complex process requirements of LNG receiving terminals.With the continuous integration of information technology and industrialization,network security issues in industrial control systems have also arisen.Effectively safeguarding the information security of industrial control systems that have been in continuous operation for many years,in the face of escalating industrial information security threats,poses a significant challenge for LNG receiving terminals.This article focuses on Longkou LNG and briefly describes common industrial control security threats and security strategies for LNG receiving terminals.
