摘要
随着电气自动化系统在工业生产中的广泛应用,系统的可靠性和故障诊断能力成为关注的重点.本文针对电气自动化系统中的故障诊断与智能监控问题进行了深入探讨.首先分析了电气自动化系统常见故障类型及其成因,并介绍了传统的故障诊断方法及其局限性.然后提出了一种基于人工智能技术的故障诊断与智能监控策略,包括数据采集、特征提取、模式识别和决策支持等关键环节.该策略利用机器学习、神经网络等技术,可以实现对系统运行状态的实时监控和故障预测,提高系统的可靠性和维护效率.最后,通过仿真实验验证了所提出策略的有效性.本文的研究成果可为电气自动化系统的故障诊断与智能监控提供理论指导和技术支持.
Abstract
With the wide application of electrical automation system in industrial production,the reliability and fault diagnosis ability of the system have become the focus of attention.This paper discusses the problem of fault diagnosis and intelligent monitoring in electrical automation system.Firstly,the common fault types and their causes of electrical automation system are analyzed,and the traditional fault diagnosis methods and their limitations are introduced.Then,a fault diagnosis and intelligent monitoring strategy based on artificial intelligence technology is proposed,including data collection,feature extraction,pattern recognition and decision support.This strategy uses machine learning,neural networks and other technologies to realize real-time monitoring and fault prediction of the system operation status and improve the reliability and maintenance efficiency of the system.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed strategy is verified by simulation experiments.The research results in this paper can provide theoretical guidance and technical support for fault diagnosis and intelligent monitoring of electrical automation systems.
