Design Optimization and Performance Improvement of the Key Components of the Small-probe Ultrasound Endoscope
This study focuses on the design optimization and performance improvement of key components of small probe ultrasound endoscope(mEUS),realizing the organic combination of high frequency high resolution and low frequency deep penetration by optimizing probe(12 MHz and 20 MHz),high adhesion design and precision machining technology. The study shows that the dual-frequency probe designed in this paper can balance the accurate imaging of superficial and deep tissue, and the adhesive device significantly improves the manufacturing accuracy and stability of the probe. In addition, the system introduces intelligent operation and image processing technology to further improve the image clarity and diagnostic accuracy. This study provides new ideas and methods for the technical progress and clinical application of ultrasound endoscopy, and promotes the improvement of the early diagnosis and treatment level of digestive tract diseases.
