在石化企业中,为支撑DCS或者SIS系统的正常运转,采用多种型式的气动调节阀、截止阀.但目前行业对仪器的气源配置并未得到足够重视,而具有稳定压力和高纯度的仪表气源,在石化生产中具有很高的连续性.针对大型多模块化的石化设备,本文提出了仪表风冗余的设计思想,旨在为工程技术人员提供参考,以确保装置在面对气源系统故障时保持稳定运行,提高生产效率和安全性.针对仪表风压力过低导致执行器不能正常工作的特性,本文分析认为,通过仪表冗余气源的设计,可极大地减少由于仪表风中断而导致的设备停机的可能性,从而降低不必要的停机损耗,提高石化设备的长期运行的稳定性.
Instrument Wind Optimization Measures for Petrochemical Installations
In petrochemical enterprises,in order to support the normal operation of DCS or SIS system,a variety of types of pneumatic control valves and globe valves are used,but the current industry does not pay too much attention to the configuration of instrument air supply,and the instrument air supply with stable pressure and high purity has high continuity in petrochemical production.For large-scale multi-modular petrochemical equipment,the design idea of instrument air redundancy is proposed,which aims to provide reference for engineers and technicians to ensure that the equipment can maintain stable operation in the face of air source system failure,improve production efficiency and safety.The idea of redundant instrument logic control is put forward in view of the characteristic that the instrument air pressure is too low to make the actuator work properly.The analysis shows that the design of instrument redundant air source can greatly reduce the possibility of equipment shutdown caused by instrument wind interruption,thus reducing unnecessary shutdown loss and improving the long-term operation stability of petrochemical equipment.
