Research on Materials Science that Affects the Long Term Stability of Computer Instrument Accuracy
Research on Communication and Digital Control of Mechanical Instrumentation Equipment.With the continuous deepening of research on the accuracy and durability of these sensors,people have realized that the instability of material size is a key factor causing accuracy degradation.This article takes common computer sensor component materials as the object and comprehensively reviews from the perspective of materials science how micro defects,second phase particles,crystal structure and texture,internal stress,and environmental conditions affect the dimensional stability of materials.At the same time,it also explores how to improve the long-term accuracy and stability of sensors based on the inherent properties of materials,and looks forward to the future development of materials and manufacturing processes for computer sensors.
