摘要
笔者公司某装置备用主风机组采用本特利3300监测系统,本文对改造前的系统硬件配置和联锁组态逻辑存在的隐患进行了分析,制定了改造方案,并对3300系统进行国产化改造.改造后的设备针对存在的问题进行了优化配置,提高了特护机组系统运行的安全性和可靠性.
Abstract
Bentley 3300 monitoring system is used in the standby main air unit of a device in our company.This paper analyzes the hidden dangers in the hardware configuration and interlock configuration logic of the system before the transformation.A transformation scheme is developed to transform the 3300 system into a domestic one.The equipment after the transformation is optimized for the existing problems,and the safety and reliability of the special care unit system is improved.
