Parameter sensitivity analysis of force chain evolution in single funnel drawing process under isolation layer
In this paper,based on synchronous filling shrinkage method,isolation layer thickness A,isolation layer interface friction factor B,ore particle friction factor C and particle radius D were selected as the four influencing factors of orthogonal test,and PFC software was used to analyze the general change rule of force chain characteristic parameters,so as to study the parameters and sensitivity of influence chain evolution.The results show that the number of force chains decreases first and then increases.The probability distribution surface of force chain length decreases exponentially,the proportion of short force chain decreases gradually,while the proportion of long force chain increases gradually.The strength of the force chain decreases first and then increases,and the distribution probability of force chain strength first increases exponentially and then decreases exponentially.The order of influence of four factors on orthogonal test indexes is CDAB,and the corresponding optimal scheme is the particle friction coefficient of 0.8,particle radius of 0.008 m,isolation layer thickness of 0.004 m,isolation layer interface friction coefficient of 0.5.In this case,the granular media system is the most stable in the ore drawing process.
